Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. For shipping requests outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping method selected, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
  • Freight Deliveries (Large Generators): 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight Deliveries

Some generators and heavy equipment require freight shipping. Customers may be contacted to schedule delivery. Someone may need to be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Delays

Generator Depot Sales is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
